Ordering

We want to help make your online shopping experience simple and easy to understand.

Here are some suggestions for navigating our site and detailed descriptions of the ordering process:

Selecting Products

Navigating the Site – All our online products are listed alphabetically in the All Products window or by clicking on View All. You can quickly locate the type of product you’re looking for by clicking on the category that best describes it under By Category, Everyday Occasions, Seasonal and Holiday or any of the other groups on the left. One or more pages or products relating to that category will be displayed.

Click on a Product – or on the product’s description to display the details, price and delivery date options for that particular product. HINT: Click on the photo again for a larger view!

Delivery Date – Select the appropriate date for delivery from the Choose the delivery date: pop-up menu. Delivery dates reflect product availability. NOTE: Local deliveries will not occur on dates when the shop is closed.

Add to Cart – This item will be added to Your Shopping Cart which opens in a separate window. You can view the contents, and choose to Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.

Placing Order(s)

PayPal Security – Each item you select is placed in Your Shopping Cart on the secure PayPal site.

View Cart – When you click View Cart, a new browser window will open and take you to Your Shopping Cart. You can view a listing of your item(s) and the delivery options you have selected. You can change the quantity of any item or remove it from the cart.

Shipping/Delivery Charges – Charges for delivery and/or shipping will be automatically calculated for your total order, and may be viewed in Your Shopping Cart.

Organize Shopping for Each Recipient

Separate Orders for Each Recipient – Place a separate order for each location to which you want your shopping cart items to be delivered or shipped.

One Address per Order – As you are shopping, please add items to your shopping cart that will be delivered or shipped to one address.

Multiple Shipping Locations – Conclude a transaction before proceeding on the the next set of items you want to purchase for delivery/shipping to a different location.

Call to Confirm Your Order – Especially when placing orders for out of the area delivery or for time sensitive orders, it is a good practice to call us to verify that your order has been recieved. Call (805) 929-4990.

Provide Instructions

Message to Seller – As you conclude your order, indicate your instructions by using the Message to Seller box in PayPal. The Message to Seller space is available once you have clicked on the Proceed to Checkout button.

Provide Details – Be sure to provide us with as much information as is required to assist in the delivery. Please indicate:

  • home, mobile home park, gated community, business, hospital etc.
  • complete street address including apt. number, suite number, or room number
  • City, State, Zip code
  • Phone Number(s) of the delivery location or the cell phone number of the recipient. (include area code)
  • Special instructions, such as: knock loudly, call before delivery, beware of dog, may leave with neighbor (list name and adddress), apartment above garage etc.

Special Requests

We always try to accommodate special requests if we are able to. With our delivery area spanning portions of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, it is difficult to reach specific destinations at designated times. However, if you have comments or directions that need to accompany your order, please use the Message to Seller box in PayPal as you conclude your order.
