Where do get your flowers?
We select from a worldwide network of growers who provide us with the best variety of products throughout the various growing seasons.
How often do you stock flowers?
We receive fresh shipments daily to assure you the finest and freshest quality possible.
There is no delivery date option for tomorrow?
The delivery date options offered in our online catalog vary from product to product based on flower availability and other conditions. Some products are available for delivery tomorrow. If you need something right away, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you select a product that can be scheduled for delivery tomorrow if at all possible.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We always try to accommodate special requests if we are able to, however with our delivery area spanning portions of two counties, it is difficult to reach specific destinations at a designated time.
What information do you need to deliver my order?
We need as much information as you can provide. For example, please indicate the following:
- a home, mobile home park, gated community, business, hospital etc.
- complete street address including apt. number, suite number, or room number
- City, State, Zip Code
- Phone Number(s) of the delivery location or the cell of the recipient. (include area code)
- Special instructions. Such as knock loudly, call before delivery, beware of dog, may leave with neighbor (name and adddress), apartment above garage etc.
